Placing your slideshow order

Finally, the hard work is over!  Now it’s time to place your order, so just a few things to do:

• Download and fill out our Order Form.  Be sure to review all sections of the order form and ensure completion. 
• Give us a call or send us an email!  Before you send your order, we want to discuss your slideshow with you and answer any questions you may have.  This is especially important if you need rush service.
• Prepare your order for shipping:

	For any CDs with pictures, music, or motion video, enclose in a hard plastic case and wrap with bubble wrap.
	If you are sending original photographs, enclsoe in a sealable plastic bag (gallon size work great) and enclose in a cardboard letter type envelope.
	If you are sending pictures or motion video on a USB thumbdrive, Compact Flash card, or SD card, wrap to secure and place in a small sealable plastic bag
	Lastly, be sure to include your completed order form and payment, if paying by cashier's check or money order.

• Once we receive your order, we will contact you by email to let you know we have received your order and provide an estimated date of completion. 
• We will contact you if we have any questions while designing your slideshow. 
• Once your order is completed, we will email you to preview your slideshow online.   
• After your approval of the slideshow, we will email you regarding payment (if you did not pay with cashier’s check or money order). 
• Your order is shipped!  Once you receive your slideshow, we suggest watching it to ensure the DVD or VHS tape is playable (preferably with what you will be using for your event).
